Patrick J. Duffy

Duffy, Patrick J. age 88 of Apple Valley, MN passed away peacefully Monday, December 4th. He was born July 13, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois. He proudly served in the Korean War with the U.S. Army. He married the love of his life, Lois Ann Keenan in 1956 and moved to West St. Paul where they raised their eight children. He spent the majority of his career working in the meat industry. They spent their retirement years in Siesta Key, Florida and returned to Minnesota in 2013. He is survived by his children Colleen Duffy (Keith Snyder), Patrick (Diana) Duffy, Kathleen (Dan) Sippel, Maureen (Steve) Cerrato, Eileen (Jef) Munger, Maribeth (Dan) Swalve, Annmari Duffy, and Kelly (Rob) Sage; his 13 grandchildren, and sister Peg (Robert) Andrews. He was preceded in death by his wife Lois Ann and sister Anna (Tom) Cunningham. Funeral services will be at St. John Neumann Church in Eagan on December 18 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment at Saint Peter Cemetery, Mendota, MN. Memorials will be donated to designated organizations that provided assistance to our dad this past year.
