Kumpula, Edwin Ewald age 97, of Menahga, MN died Sunday, September 17, 2017 in Greenwood Connections, Menahga. Visitation will be Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 5 to 7 pm in the Atkins Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet and continue one hour prior to the 11:00 a.m. funeral service, Friday, September 22, 2017 in the Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church, 2502 Big Lake Road, Cloquet. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Van Buren Township. If preferred, memorials may be made to Salolampi Finnish Language Camp or the Meals on Wheels - Menahga Senior Center.
