Edith Mae Flathmann

Flathmann, Edith Mae Edith was born May 8, 1926 and departed this life to enter eternal life on August 19, 2017 at the age of 91. She is survived by immediate family son Drew (Peggy), daughters Dawn Flathmann and Debbie Sapp (Gregg); 6 grandchildren Shannon Sapp, Reed Flathmann (Erin), Sarah Jaworski (Jason), Jessica Maloney (Sheamus), Rachel and Todd Johnson; 3 great grandchildren-Tanner and Cooper Jaworski and Ricky Flathmann; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Flathmann, her parents and all siblings. Times to visit with the family are Wed., Aug 23 from 4-7pm and 10am Thur., Aug 24. Memorial service Thur., Aug 24 at 11am. All gatherings at Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church, 5011 31st Ave. S., Mpls. Memorials preferred to EJ Braulick Scholarship fund at Wartburg College, Waverly IA, or to Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church. Special thanks to the staff of Southview Senior Living and Grace Hospice who loved and cared for Edith.
