Jackson, Elizabeth J. "Betty" Age 93, of Lakeville, formerly of Eagan, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. She was born August 14, 1923 in Moose Lake, Minnesota to Albert E. and Alice Laurene (nee Smith) Anderson. Betty was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, and son, Ronald. Betty will be greatly missed by her children, Carrie (Dennis) Peterson, JoAnne (Jeffrey) Schlink, and Paul (Kristi) Jackson; grandchildren, Kelli, Bryan, Katie, Kyle, Aaron, Brendan, Blake, and Bailey; and great-granddaughter, Avery. A special thank-you to the staff at Kingsley Shores, St. Croix Hospice, and The Lodge on Summit Oaks for their extraordinary care. Visitation is scheduled for 4-6 PM, Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Klecatsky and Sons Eagan Chapel, 1580 Century Point, Eagan, 55121, followed by a 6 PM Memorial Service at the Funeral Home.
