Thompson, Mike age 58, of Rosemount passed away surrounded by his family after complications to brain cancer on June 27, 2017. Mike graduated High School in 1976, in Milton, Vermont; after graduation he started working for Air New England and then Air Florida. In 1985 Mike began with Northwest/Delta Airlines. Mike enjoyed traveling and his beloved NY Yankees. As he always said, "Everyone loves me!" He is preceded in death by his father, Robert. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Laura; children, Robert Thompson, Shannon (Mason) Walters, and soon to be grandson, Maverik Walters; mother, Phyl Thompson; brothers, Dan (Michele) and Kevin (Teresa) Thompson; by his nieces, nephews; and other family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the White Funeral Home Chapel, 14560 Pennock Ave., Apple Valley, MN with a visitation 2 hrs. prior to service.
