Simon, Elaine Natalie (Berman) age 81 of Highland Beach FL, passed away June 28th. Preceded in death by parents Sophie and Philip Berman, husband Richard (Richie) Simon, and sister Rosalie (Frank) Kiperstin. Elaine was born in Minneapolis on the North Side, and eventually moved to Linden Hills where she graduated from Washburn High School at age 16. Elaine attended the University of Minnesota, and fell in love with and married Richie of St. Paul.
