Allan Andrew Reid, age 79, of St. Anthony, passed away Jan. 29, 2002. Preceded in death by his wife, Betty June and parents, Archie & Christina. Born in Toronto and moved to NE Mpls at a young age. Throughout his life he loved to downhill ski and sail on the St. Croix. And, for many, many years was a ski jumper with the Mpls Ski Club. Allan is survived by son, Stevan (Sandra); daughter, Sandra (Richard) Walbon; grandchildren, Brent (Carrie), Ryan, Christopher, and Jennifer Reid; Brooks (Teresa), Rusty, and Michelle Walbon; great-grandchildren, Jack Reid, Caleb and Travis Walbon; loving sister, Florence Olson; and many nieces and nephews. Service Saturday, February 2, 11:00 AM at Nativity Lutheran Church, 3312 Silver Lake Rd, St. Anthony. Visitation one hour before service. Private interment Hillside Cemetery.
