Otto, Megan Marie age 40, passed away peacefully January 31, 2017, Mesa, AZ. Formerly of Apple Valley, MN. Preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Anne Otto (Coyle); grandparents, Martin and Catherine Otto; Leo and Aldo Coyle. Survived by her father, Martin "Marty" Otto; brother Nicholas (Nick) Otto; sister-in-law, Mofei Ma Otto; sister, Abby Parent; uncle Tommy Coyle; uncle, Jeff Otto; godmother, Jean Parent (Snell); and step-father, Bill Parent. Megan's quick wit, creativity and compassion for others made her a natural-born leader and gifted teacher. She also enjoyed a successful career as a corporate event planner. She brought light to a room whenever she entered and will be deeply missed. A family memorial service will be in San Diego, CA on March 10, 2017. An Open House celebrating Megan's life will be in MN on April 29th, 2017. For details please email megocelebration@gmail.com.
