Betty Hope Muckle

Muckle, Betty Hope age 75, of Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2017. A wonderful mom and grandma, beloved cousin and true friend, Betty's generous spirit lives on in all who were lucky enough to know her. Preceded in death by father, Wallace Wicks. Survived by her mother, Esther Wicks, of Story City, IA; special sisters Cherie Long, Indianola, IA and Theresa Wig of Des Moines, IA; her daughter Suzanne O'Brien (Michael), her son Jay Muckle (Barbara) and grandchildren Harriet and Grey, all of Minneapolis. Funeral service Wednesday, February 22 at 11 a.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 4100 Lyndale Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN. Visitation one hour prior to service, lunch reception to follow. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN at a later date. Many thanks to the staff at NC Little Hospice in Edina, MN for their tender care.
