Fefercorn, Ross M. 62, a prominent Twin Cities real estate developer, died suddenly on Sunday, January 22, 2017, following cardiac arrest in Minneapolis. Ross's distinguished real estate career spanned more than 30 years. He was president and owner of the RMF Group, founded in 1982. His development and design work earned him numerous honors including 24 awards from the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. His father, Nathan, preceded Ross in death. Ross is survived by the love of his life Connie Evingson, beloved mother Rosella M. Fefercorn, devoted sister and brother-in-law Sally and David J. Hyslop of Minneapolis, nephew Alexander Hyslop of Sydney, Australia, Connie's loving parents Jan and Chuck Evingson of Minneapolis, her siblings John Evingson (Kathie) of Anchorage, Alaska, Paul Evingson (Joanne Taie) of Minneapolis, and Matthew Evingson (fiancée Rebekah Shelde) of Duluth; along with many cherished cousins, friends and colleagues worldwide. Private family services and burial are being held. The family will host a memorial service for Ross scheduled at a later date.
