Persian, Nancy J. (Wagner) Age 82, passed away peacefully Nov. 27, 2016. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and avid animal lover. She graduated from Menomonie High School (WI) and attended college at University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In addition to being a long-time member at Golden Valley Country Club, she loved spending summers at Gull Lake and winters in Tucson, AZ. She was very proud of her family and is already missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed & Martha and brother Douglas. Survived by husband of over 49 years Gary; children, Michelle and Glenn (Erin); grandchildren Greta & Addie Persian, sister Kathi (Jim) Cleaveland. A celebration of life is planned for Wed. Dec. 7, 11 AM with visitation 1 hour prior at Washburn-McReavy Edina Funeral Chapel. Private interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to some of Nancy's favorite organizations: Salvation Army, Mt. Olivet Lutheran Church, or Masonic Children's Hospital of Mpls.
