Ackerman, Sister M. Diane, OSC age 80, co-founder of 2 Franciscan Poor Clare Monasteries in Korea. She died there Nov. 10, 2016. Preceded in death by parents, Leonard & Cecil Ackerman; brother, Doug. Survived by sister-in-law, Wanda Ackerman, and nephew Tim and family, as well as all of her Poor Clare Sisters in Korea & Bloomington, MN. Funeral and burial took place in Korea.
