Asplin, Lorraine L. age 89 passed away 10/21, preceded in death by husband Cliff, parents Hugh & Alta Sterling, sisters Allene, Leila and brother Bob. Survived by Harlan Cotterman, son Rick (Kathy), daughter Deb (Jim) Keppler, grandchildren Kelly, Josh, Steven, Brian, Jason; and great-grandchildren. She was born in Howard Lake MN, lived many years in Richfield and Edina. Loving mother and grandmother, long time member of Knox Pres church, MN State Fair Sweepstakes baker, world traveler, loved cards and avid reader. Visitation and Funeral at Washburn-McReavy, 2300 W. Old Shakopee Rd, Bloomington. Visitation Wed 10/26 4-7 and service Thurs 10/27 at 11 with review one hour prior. Private Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Shriners Hospital St. Paul and American Cancer Society.
