Olsen, Del Age 72 passed away peacefully September 27, 2016. Preceded in death by parents Willie and Lois Olsen. Survived by the love of his life, wife of 50 years Carolyn; daughters, Christy (Jon) Mahan and Sherry (John) Schaffer; grandchildren Haley (Dylan) Olson, Alexa, Ellie, Katelyn, Sam, Joe and Frank; great-grandchild Emmett; sister Lois (Bruce) Erickson; brother Bill Olsen and many more beloved relatives; friends and co-workers that Del considered family. Del started his film career at Galaxy in 1964 that led to the opening of his own business Delden Film Lab in Richfield 1973 moving the Lab to Bloomington in 1983, retiring in 2011. Del placed everything into his passions including his constant innovations and never ending ideas to make everything better. His passions included flying, water skiing, cars, building anything and everything and his Bride.
