Holland, Tammy passed away on Sun, Sept 25, 2016, at her residence in Avon, MN. Survived by daughter Andrea (Josh) Glesmann of Siren, WI; son Mitchell (Denise) Holland of Monticello, MN; four grandchildren, Staci, Autumn, Lynkon, and Aspyn; and her significant other Ken Lemke of Avon, MN. Preceded in death by her mother Dyanne Anderson; father Doug Anderson; and sister Lori Roushar. A Celebration of her Life and Memory will be Thurs, Sept 29, 2016, from 5 PM to 8 PM, at Peterson-Grimsmo Chapel, 250 East Broadway, Monticello, MN. Private interment.
