Locketz, Sandra (Eisenberg) age 81, of Minnetonka, Minnesota, passed away on August 29, 2016. Sandra was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend She loved her family with all her heart. Her vibrant, contagious smile and beautiful spirit brightened every room. She had an incredible compassion for children. After raising her family she went on to manage a Learning Tree childcare center with an enrollment of 100 children. Sandra also loved to have fun and enjoyed hosting holiday celebrations with family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Miles, sister Lorene Lampert, brother Jay Eisenberg (Gabriella), son and daughter Jeffrey Locketz (Judith), Renee Segal (David), grandchildren Benjamin Segal, Leah Segal, Drew Locketz, and Neil Locketz. The family would like to thank the staff at Minnetonka Emerald Crest for the tender loving care she received and the staff of the Park Nicollet Hospice program whose members showed Sandra compassionate and loving care. Funeral services will at the ADATH JESHURUN SYNAGOGUE, 10500 Hillside Lane West, Minnetonka, MN 55305 on Wednesday August 31, 2016 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Adath Jeshurun Congregation, 10500 Hillside Lane West, Minnetonka, MN, 55305 or the Alzheimer's Association Minnesota-North Dakota, 7900 West 78th Street, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55439. SHIVA will be 7 PM Wednesday and Thursday at 3030 St. Albans Mill Road (in the community room), Minnetonka, MN 55305.
