Affeldt, Florence T. age 89, passed peacefully to the Lord on Sunday 8/28/16 surrounded by her loving family at Benedictine Health Care, New Brighton. Preceded in death by husband, Leonard, her spouse of 47 years; parents, sister and brothers. Survived by her 6 children, Diane Neiman (David), Paulette Tombarge, Shirley Mullen, Mary Hennum (fiance Gary Brunn), Leonard Jr. (Cindy), Theresa Freund (Dan); 13 grandchildren, Darcy, Daryn, Daniel, Rebecca, Jenny, Katie, Kevin, Melissa, Michele, Michael, Kaley, Jessica and Amanda; 15 great-grandchildren; sister, Sr. Maris Stella; nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday 8/31/16, Ss. Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church, 1315 2nd St. N.E., Mpls. with visitation beginning at 10 AM. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
