Albinson, Boz of Edina, passed away on July 29 at 81 after a battle with cancer. Boz grew up in St. Louis Park and attended the University of Minnesota. After college he joined his father at Albinson, Inc., retiring as CEO in 2000. Boz loved serving his customers in the architectural, engineering and construction industries and supporting the building of the evolving cityscape. Boz was an active member of the Twin Cities business community, with longtime memberships in Rotary Club of Minneapolis and The Breakfast Club of Minneapolis. He was a member of the Presidents Club at the U of M; a supporter of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens; and a lifetime member of the American Swedish Institute. Boz enjoyed the cabin at Island Lake, winters in the California desert, traveling the world, and parties with lifelong friends. A gentle soul with a dry wit, somehow he knew people everywhere he went. Survived by wife Terri; children Tracy (Bill Rozaitis), Kristen, Lori, and Blake; granddaughter Luxi; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Judy and Vog; brother Kent; sister LouAnne Lucas; and nephew Bob Carruthers. Private interment.
