Lindley, Daniel James age 90, passed away unexpectedly in his Golden Valley home on July 21, 2016. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Marcy. He will be deeply missed by his daughters, Colleen (Joe) Keegan and Patty (Jim) Hastreiter, relatives and friends. A World War II Navy veteran, he enlisted and served in the Medical Service Corps. He enjoyed his career in sales, working for E.B. Crabtree and later for American Express and Diners Club. Music and storytelling brought him joy. He always kept his audience guessing whether his stories were entirely true or slightly embellished. Relationships were most important to him and throughout his life he continued to make new friends wherever he went. Memorial Service on Wednesday, August 10th, at 11 AM at the Church of St. Margaret Mary, 2323 Zenith Ave N., Golden Valley. Visitation at church one hour prior to service.
