Wittke, Jean Arnold Minneapolis, MN. Age 101. Preceded in death by loving husband of 74 years, Lloyd; daughter, Kathy Schwartz and sons-in-law, Gordy Schwartz and Steve Clapp. Survived by daughter, Arlene Clapp; five grandchildren, Greg Clapp (Mary), Peter Clapp (Daiva Dambrauskas), Jennifer Doane (Jonathan); Marc Schwartz (Beth), Heather Schwartz (Tom Albrecht); seven great grandchildren, Kyra and Marina Clapp, Georgia Doane, Alex, Andrew and Emily Schwartz, Eleanor Albrecht & Lisa Gumingo Frank (Alyssa Frank). Jean adored her family especially all the grandchildren and great grandchildren. She spent as much time with them as possible baking with them, teaching them how to plant a vegetable garden, taking them for bus rides downtown and long distance trips, as well. Jean loved her church, friends, loved to read, entertain, sew and garden. She also loved playing all kinds of cards and board games. Memorial service will be on Friday, AUGUST 12th, 11:00 AM; 1700 Chapel (former 7th Church of Christ Scientist), 50th St and James Ave. S.
