Sime, Donald L., DVM "Don" Age 80, of Roseville, on June 12, 2016. Owner of Suburban and Highland Veterinary Hospitals for over 40 years. He is preceded in death by his infant daughter Sarah. He is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Elaine; Children, Kara Sime (Ted Mackintosh) and Michael (Tara) Sime; grandchildren, Catherine Sime-Mackintosh and Eden Sime; sister, Janice Gordon and brother Dale Sime; brothers-in-law, Pastor Eric vanLeeuwen and Philip (Carol) vanLeeuwen. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Services 1 PM Friday at Roseville Lutheran Church (1215 Roselawn Ave., Roseville). Visitation 11:30 AM to time of service at church Friday. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the MN Veterinary Historical Society, the Sime family Scholarship Fund at the U of M College of Veterinary Medicine, and the Roseville Lutheran Church.
