Kathleen H. (Sexton) Sefton

Sefton, Kathleen H. (Sexton) Kass, 86, was born October 21, 1927 in Minneapolis and died peacefully on March 23, 2014 at her home in Eden Prairie surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edmond and Loretto Sexton, her husband, Robert Sefton and her 4 siblings, Peg, Bill, Eddie and Jack. She is survived by her 7 children, Peg Bjork (John), Steve (Claudia), Joe (Joan), Bob (Sylvia), Colleen Mulvehill (Mike), Kathleen Overby (Bob), and John; 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 24 nieces and nephews. She loved her family above all else and was so happy to have such a large one! Kass had many close friends in her life that she cherished including her friends at Summit Place who were so good to her in her last years. Kass was a happy, loving, kind, compassionate, humble, Irish-Catholic gal! She will be incredibly missed. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 28 at The Church of St. Patrick, 6820 St. Patrick's Lane, Edina, MN. Mass will be at 11:00 am. Visitation will start at 10:00 am. Memorials preferred to Annunciation School, 525 W. 54th St., Minneapolis, MN 55419.
