Dolan, Margaret "Marge" Born in Duluth, MN on July 26, 1935 died peacefully Sunday morning in her Minneapolis home, at the age of 78. After retiring from General Mills, the beloved mother and grandmother maintained a strong political and social presence in the community. Marge was forever a patron of the arts and sang joyfully with a variety of choirs up until her death. Her witty remarks and infectious laugh will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by her infant children, Billy and Theresa. She is survived by her children, Mary (Jerry) Kalinowski, Richard, Peggy (Dave) Bell, Peter (Suzann), Philip (Tommie), Timothy (Lisa), Katie (Curt) Hansen; 15 grandchildren; siblings, Sr. Katherine McLaughlin, CSJ, Philip (Peggy) McLaughlin, Pat (Kitty) McLaughlin; special friend, Glenn Olson. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11 AM at the Church of Christ the King, 5029 Zenith Ave. So. Visitation Thursday 4-7 PM at Gill Brothers Funeral Home, 5801 Lyndale Ave. So. and 1 hour prior to Mass at Church. Memorials preferred to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts or Donor's Choice.
