Nimerfro, Scott L. Beloved father and writer of tall tales for television. Scott, age 54, is now at home with the Lord. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on April 17, 2016 after a year long battle with Angiosarcoma. Survived by children Ila (12), Ruby (10) and Cash (7); girlfriend and soulmate, Kathrine Tchaikovsky; mother, LaVonne; brother, Kevin; mother of his children/former spouse, Lani. He is preceded in death by his father, Keith. Scott was a veteran writer-producer whose credits range from Tales From the Crypt and Pushing Daisies to Hannibal and Once Upon a Time. Scott touched our hearts through his loving nature, strength and generosity. He inspired us with his courage and humor. He will be missed by everyone who knew him, personally or through his writing. Funeral service 11 am, Thursday, April 28, at Crossroads Church (5900 Woodbury Dr., Woodbury). Visitation from 4:30 pm-7:30 pm, Wednesday, April 27, at O'Halloran & Murphy-Woodbury Cremation and Funeral Service (8700 Valley Creek Rd, Woodbury, 651-702-0301) and one hour prior to start of service Thursday at church.
