Jones, Charles Robert age 65 of Wayzata, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly doing what he loved, golfing in Arizona. Survived by daughter, Jessica (Austin) Wood; grandson, Bauer; mother, Joanne Jones; sister, Barbara (Daniel) Bloedow; niece, Anne (Kurt) Stafford; nephew, Andrew (Dhurata) Bloedow; also survived by other relatives and many loving friends. Preceded in death by father, Robert Jones. Charlie grew up in Edina and attended our Lady of Grace School. He was a graduate of Edina High School. After high school, he went on to graduate from Arizona State University. Charlie began his career with Catalog Card Corporation (Jostens), and went on to own Minnetonka Boat Rental on Lake Minnetonka. He was an extremely devoted father, a loving son and brother, and a recently very proud grandfather.
