Zibble, Ruth Carol age 65, of Bloomington, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, Mar. 5, 2016. She was born Aug. 21, 1950 in Huron, SD; the middle of Fay and Carol Hyde's five children. The family moved to Minneapolis during Ruth's youth and she graduated from Roosevelt High School. Ruth was married to Thomas Zibble from 1971 until 2009, living for the majority of that time in Red Wing, MN. She worked as a paralegal for Holst, Vogel, Erdmann & Vogel and Betcher Law Office in Red Wing and later in the legal department at Seagate Technology in Bloomington. Ruth is survived by two daughters, Amy (Josh) Meinen of DeForest, WI and Andrea Zibble of Bloomington; two grandsons, Miles and Everett Meinen; brother, Martin (Karen) Hyde of Orlando, FL; sister Jean (Dale) Stodolka of Minneapolis; several sisters- and brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Hyde; and sister, Anita (Joe) Bush. Ruth loved scrapbooking, spending time with family, spoiling her beloved grandsons, shopping, and traveling (including seeing the ocean). She will be remembered for her scrapbooking expertise, generosity, and kindness to family and friends. Ruthie's warm and welcoming personality will be sorely missed. She also loved her dogs, especially Chester and Quincy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Church of St. Patrick in Edina, MN at 11:00 a.m. with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Fr. Jerry Fehn will be officiating. Ruth's family would like to thank Dr. Steven Rousey, Dr. Brian Idelkope and the medical staff at Fairview Southdale Hospital for their exceptional care.
