Goldstrand, Richard E. age 95 of Eden Prairie, formerly of Edina, died December 29, 2015. Preceded in death by parents, Enoch and Lydia; wife, Delphine; brother, Robert Sr. and sister, Virginia. Survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He served with the US Army during WWII. Richard retired after 37 years as Research Manager for Hormel. Memorials preferred to Sharing and Caring Hands, 525 N. 7th St., Mpls, MN 55405. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, January 6 with visitation 1 hour prior to the Mass at the church of St. Patrick, Valley View and Gleason Road, Edina. Interment Fort Snelling Cemetery.
