Shirley M. Andersen

Andersen, Shirley M. Of St. Anthony, formerly of Wheaton, MN, born May 5, 1913, died on Feb. 24, 2008 in her 94th year. She was a retired teacher and librarian with the Wheaton School System. Preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Steffens and brother, Donald Andersen. Survived by nieces and nephews, David (Donna), John (Sharree), Sr. Catherine C.S.J. Steffens; Dr. Kenneth (Dr. Norma Jean), Dr. Phyllis, Carol and Maxine Andersen, Mary (Dr. Joseph) Mentek, Jacqueline (Richard) Gamble, Andrea (Guy) Houser; 8 grandnieces & 8 grandnephews; 1 great-grandniece & 1 great-grandnephew; many relatives and friends. Services will be Friday, Feb. 29, with Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church (corner of Stinson & St. Anthony Pkwy), with visitation one hour before Mass in the church atrium.
