Survived by sister Diane Williams and sister-in-law Judy Powell; special aunt Evelyn Palmer, Jim and Pam Nancy and Alyssa; nieces and nephews: Susan, Sara, Danielle, Brooke, Heidi, Jim and Zach. Sincerest thanks to Brooke Benson and Derek Judkins for their loving care and understanding. Affectionate regards to Bev Booth, Marti and Doug Novack, Marlys and Glen Shirley and all the other dear earth angels, present and past. At David's request, there will be no memorial observance.
