Velta Larka

Larka, Velta Velta Beatrise Larka, Age 92, of Minneapolis and Eagan, was born in Riga, Latvia, on September 30, 1926. Passed away at home on June 16, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Theodore and Matilda Berzins, husband, Vladislavs Larka. Survived by children Ed (Barb) Larka, Ruth Ebert, grandson Dan Ebert, brothers John (Ann Kontio) Berzins, Charles Berzins, sister Dzidra Platbarzdis, nieces & nephews. Family will gather for a private graveside service.
