Jensen, Thomas D. Age 67, of Falun, WI, passed away June 30, 2019. Memorial service will be held Friday, July 5, 2019 at Swedberg-Taylor Funeral Home, 303 E. State Road 70, Grantsburg, WI. Visitation 11-1 pm. Service at 1 pm. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery (also known as Mudhen Lake Cemetery) following service.
