Henderson, Clayton D. Passed away on 6/29/19. Preceded in death by mother Nancy Henderson; brother Timothy Henderson. Survived by sons Carl and Bennett; father Don Henderson and wife Judy; sisters Sue (Jay) Northey, Dar (Joel) Blanchard; nephew, Brett; nieces, Taryn and Madison. Clayton worked for KTCA-TPT for 37 years. Pres. of Local 411 for 5 years. Part-time custodian for Normandale Lutheran Church for 41 years. Full- time custodian at LifeTime Fitness for 3 years. Many memories as a child traveling through the country with all 6 of his childhood family. Also memories of his family vacations to the West Coast. Two years ago, 4 days after his 60th birthday, Clayton was diagnosed with ALS. Thank you to Pastor Don Carlson for hiring him at Normandale Lutheran Church. Thanks to the TPT crew (Almanac) that he was a part of for so long. Thanks to LTF for hiring him to work at the Grand Hotel location downtown, and all the members he got to serve and know. Gratitude for the care given by Dr. Maiser and staff from the HCMC ALS Clinic and the ALS Assoc of MN/SD/ND chapter; also for care and friendships of Walker Care Suites, Edina.
