Lorraine Corrine (Phaneuf) Allen

Allen, Lorraine Corrine (Phaneuf) 7/21/1922 - 1/2/2019. Lorraine was a life long resident of NE Mpls. She retired in 1988 after working 23 years at The City/County Credit Union in downtown Mpls. Lorraine passed away peacefully at the age of 96. She is preceded in death by her husband: Clare J. Allen; 11 brothers and 1 sister. She is survived by her children: Jeanette Nibouar (Don); Bill Allen and Ken Allen; grandchildren: Dan Nibouar (Heidi); Dylan Grant (Ivy); Brad Allen and David Allen (Liz): 3 great grandchildren: her brother Ron Peterson (Judy); her sister Sharon Street (Ben); many sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Elsie's 729 Marshall St. NE Mpls from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
