Hawkins, Carole J. Our dearly loved Carole, age 57, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Eden Prairie on April 3, 2019. Preceded in death by Scott, her beloved husband of 25 years. Carole was born in Illinois. Raised in Wisconsin, a graduate of Rice Lake High School. Longtime employee of Western National Insurance Group in Edina Minnesota. Carole was active in her church, Bloomington Covenant, and received great joy in participating in the "BCov Kids" program. She also enjoyed bowling and time with friends. Carole's two girls, Sarah and Becca, were her heart and joy. These are the people she loved most. Carole is also survived by her parents, Phil and Jan, by her brothers, Mike and Phil, plus numerous nieces and nephews. And her little dog Bella. Funeral service Thursday April 11 at 11 AM at Bloomington Covenant Church, 10150 Xerxes Ave S. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment St. Vincent's Cemetery.
