Chouinard, Dorothy F. Age 100 of Anoka, pass- ed away 1/21/19. Born May 18, 1918 in Detroit, MI. Reunited in heaven with her beloved parents, Stephen and Sophia Osinski; husband, Clarence; siblings, Leo, Irene, Rita, Theresa, and Mamie. Survived by loving daughter and best friend, Judy Marie; "daughter and son," MaryJo and Lyle Van Thomme; brother, Stephen (Betty) Osinski; numerous nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Donna, Gary, Oksana, and Mimi at the Homestead of Anoka for the love and care they gave to Dorothy during her stay. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, 2/01/19 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson St., Anoka. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at church (10-11 AM.) Interment Calvary Cemetery, Anoka.
