Weatherman, Richard F. "Dick" Age 92 of New Brighton, MN passed away on January 6th, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Ben and Clara, brother, Robert and granddaughter, Katie. Survived by children, Kristine (Brian) and Eric, and grandchildren Jessica, Grant and Sarah. Also survived by friend, Olive, and "second daughter", Janet. Special thanks to Rosie for her many years of support and service. Richard was a WW2 Navy veteran, avid lifelong sailor and world traveller. For 30 years he was a Professor at the University of Minnesota and a respected mentor, advisor and educator. Memorial service planned at the University of Minnesota, spring 2019.
