Anderson, Carolyn M. (Rees) Age 86, of Mpls, passed away December 13, 2018. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold Anderson. She is survived by daughters, Laura (Austin) Ushie, Kris Anderson; grandchildren, Richard and Marcel Malekebu, Stephanie Williams; extended Malekebu family and many others that called her mama and grandma. She was a long time apartment building manager in downtown Minneapolis, where she welcomed students from all over the world in the 1960s-1980s. The greatest gifts she gave the world were her music, love of other cultures, kindness & humor. Memorial service 11 AM, Saturday January 26th, 2019 with visitation 1 hour prior at THOMSON DOUGHERTY MANSION 2535 Park Ave So, Minneapolis. Reception to follow the service.
