Shore, Gretta LaRue (Pugmire) of Cumming, Georgia passed away on November 30, 2018. She was born in Pocatello, Idaho on January 9, 1935 to parents, Kimball "Tim" and Gretta (Spackman) Pugmire. Funeral services were held Monday, December 3, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3185 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, Georgia 30040. She was buried on December 5, 2018 at the New Ulm City Cemetery, New Ulm, Minnesota. LaRue was a life-long active member of her church and served as a teacher to children, young teenage women and various positions in the adult women's organization. In her earlier career, LaRue worked for photographers as well as being a runway model in New York and Los Angeles. Afterward, she became a photo stylist for photographers and art directors working on television commercials and magazine ads, creating the settings, wardrobe, makeup and props. Later in her career she worked as a photo stylist for cookbooks and was an interior designer. LaRue is preceded in death by her parents, and older sister Geraldine "Jerie" (Edward) Stewart of Soda Springs, Idaho. She is survived by her loving husband: Michael R. Shore, of Cumming, Georgia; daughters: Bobbette Despard (Mike) Parker of Golden Valley, Minnesota & Deanna Despard (Scott) Rusch of Upland, California and son: Patrick (Celia) Shore of Charleston, South Carolina. She also leaves behind 6 beautiful grandchildren: Ross, Jaxon, Ava, Vaughn, Charles and Everett. In addition, she is survived by her sisters: Colleen (LaMar) Helquist of Orem, Utah, Julie (Roger) Ring of Omaha, Nebraska, Vickie (Doug) Backer of Rosemount, Minnesota and her brother: Tim Kelly (Gail) Pugmire of Woodbury, Minnesota, along with many nieces and nephews.
