Dworkin, David Age 65, of Golden Valley, passed away on October 13, 2018. David was a bright, clever, entrepreneurial guy, who loved traveling to warm climates (particularly Mexico), rock and roll, his cat, and making people laugh (puns were his specialty, having learned from a master - his mother, Penny Johnson). He was a well-known and much-loved DJ, landing his dream job at KQRS in 1978. After six years at KQ, David started his own business, writing comedy material for radio, which eventually became the Radio Mall - a successful venture with more than 7,000 clients. He supported environmental and political causes and loved animals, especially his sweet cat, Dee. Along with Dee, he is survived by his sister, Judy Arnstein (Peter), and many cousins, aunts, and friends. Memorial service to be planned soon. Memorials preferred to the ACLU, the DFL, or your favorite environmental cause.
