Hondl, Marvin H. age 69, of New Hope, passed away peacefully surrounded by family in the comfort of his home on July 25, 2018 after a long battle with cancer. He loved woodworking, biking, and trips on the Harley, but his real pride and joy was his family. He was preceded in death by parents, Anton and Eleanor Hondl. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 41 years, Carol (Pauly); children, Benjamin (Kendall); grandson, Kieran; siblings, Florence Summers, Edna (Russ) Rolfzen, Arlene (Ken) Sargent, Lois (Roy) Friendshuh, Ed (Doris) Hondl, Ken (Ellie) Hondl, Rick (Mary) Hondl, Mary (Dave) Hansgen; many nieces, nephews, relatives and good friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Thursday, August 2nd at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 4537 3rd Ave S., Mpls with visitation at church one hour before mass.
