Elsen, Clarence E. Age 93, of St. Anthony Village passed away July 13, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, Peter and Caroline; brothers, Leonard and Marvin. Survived by wife of 70 years Orla; children, Michael, Joanne (Tom) Mliner, Steven (Cathy), Patricia (John) Bakos, Barbara Flatgard, Kathleen (Robert) Goodsell, 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Nelson, Idella Rumpza; many beloved nieces and nephews. Memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Church of St. Charles Borromeo, 2739 Stinson Blvd NE, St. Anthony.
