Polack, Louis J., Jr. of Plymouth, passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, July 4, 2018, at the age of 85. Lou worked as a salesman for Allstate Insurance Company for over 35 years. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jerine (Bisek), and children, Jeff Polack (Raul Villalobos), Kathryn Ziegelman (Kent), Michael (Julie) Polack, Rebecca Polack, and Pam Theisen; brother, Leo Polack (Cleo); sister- and brother-in-law, Darlene (Bisek) and Ronald Stong; 8 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Lou leaves behind numerous friends whose lives he touched with wit and affection. Visitation on Wednesday, July 11, 5 to 7 p.m. followed by a Rosary Service by the Knights of Columbus at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 7025 Halifax Avenue North in Brooklyn Center. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 12, at 11:00 a.m., visitation one hr prior to mass, at St. Alphonsus.
