Ebert, Trudy M. (nee O'Leary) 2-15-1925, resident of St. Paul, MN for 91 years and recently Hopkins, MN, passed away on March 9, 2018. Preceded in death by husband of 54 years, Robert A. Ebert. Survived by daughter, Kathy Ebert (Tim Hilger), son, Dick Ebert, (Mary Beth), grandchildren, Carrie Craig (Bryce), Bobby Ebert (Alison), Michelle Ebert and great grandsons, Evan and Oliver Craig and Charlie Ebert, and special friend Bill Ewert. Trudy was a woman who held herself elegantly, her family and friends closely and her talents in many fields with pride. A strong woman with a friendly presence and gentle way, always with a great deal of humor. Trudy's passions included her family, role as a fiber artist and designer, author of autobiography, A St. Paul Daughter, bridge, 85 years of knitting and many awards for outstanding designs, community leader on local and national level, (Who's Who of American Women), and her years as a real estate agent, retiring at 76. Her life focus was giving back to the community for the blessings she and her family received. Trudy will be deeply missed by her family and friends, yet fondly and lovingly remembered.
