Elsie Rotter

Rotter, Elsie age 99, of Montgomery, passed away on January 20, 2018. Funeral will be January 27 at noon with visitation two hours before service at St. John Lutheran Church, 105 Spruce Ave NW, Montgomery (507-364-5002). She is survived by daughter Pat Wells of New Brighton, son Bob (Barb) Rotter of Montgomery, son-in-law DeWayne Tuma, seven grandchildren, one grandson-in-law and sixteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Reynold, daughter Deanna (DeWayne) Tuma, granddaughter Kim (Mike) Kramer, siblings and son-in-law Norm Wells.
