Buffalo Wild Wings is now selling its chicken wings by weight instead of number, which the company says assures customers more consistent orders. It was one factor that led analysts at Wunderlich Securities to reiterate their "buy" rating but raise their price target. Wunderlich analysts say the company is poised for a strong second half of 2013 and strong 2014, crediting its "successful transition to its new wing pricing plan, and its strong sports programming schedule."

Galleria plans expansion

The luxury retail center Galleria is planning a major expansion. Officials for the Edina-based mall are not saying how big the project will be until they finalize lease agreements with potential stores.

Dick Grones, who analyzes commercial real estate as a principal at Cambridge Commercial Realty, has ideas on what kind of stores should be added.

He told the Star Tribune last week that "the Galleria is over-retailed for home furnishings." Grones said he expects the center to attract new concepts.
