The Twins are announcing their new Target Field food lineup on March 29. What would you like to eat at the ballpark this year?
I have plenty of ideas (starting with taking a few cues from the Twin Cities' nascent food truck movement), but I'll just share one. My take is that the ballpark didn't do sweets very well. The ice cream, for starters. Not so great; in fact, the soft serve was embarrassingly bad.
How about if the Twins follow their local-tastes lead (Kramarczuk sausages, the Vincent burger, Lunds/Byerly's wild rice soup) and lured in a local ice cream maker? Sonny's? Izzy's? Sebastian Joe's? Pumphouse Creamery? Adele's Frozen Custard?
What are your ideas? Share them in the comments section.
