A two-vehicle collision west of downtown Olivia, Minn., killed a St. Paul man this week, authorities said Friday.
The head-on crash occurred about 1 p.m. Tuesday on Lincoln Avenue near 13th Street, according to the State Patrol.
One of the drivers, Bu H. Shwe, 55, died the next day at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, according to the Hennepin County medical examiner's office.
Shwe, driving a sedan, was not wearing his seat belt, the patrol said.
The two people in the other vehicle, a pickup truck, were not hurt. Both had on seat belts, the patrol said.
