L.A. Carlson of Farmington writes:
With the passing of Louis Zamperini on July 3, Laura Hillenbrand's "Unbroken" is especially significant. Zamperini's story and Hillenbrand's gift of writing are equally triumphant.
"The Discovery of Witches," the story of a witch and vampire who are searching for a mysterious book. Deborah Harkness is to witches and vampires what J.K. Rowling is to wizards. Beautiful writing.
