Hundreds of Minnesotans from around the state rallied in front of the State Capitol in support of same-sex couples to be allowed to marry. Key bills are expected soon at the legislature.

Senator Scott Dibble, co-author of the same-sex marriage bill told the crowd how his husband reacted upon hearing Dibble was safe after running in the Boston Marathon this weekend. He said he is a legal stranger to his husband but they are family and deserve the freedom to marry.
