Edwards, Michael R. of Golden Valley, was born in Baxter Springs, Kansas on February 14, 1958 and passed away on January 7, 2018 at the age of 59. Michael will be remembered for her love of God, dedication to her family and involvement in her church and community. Michael is survived by her husband, Richard; her sons Ryan and Christopher; her mother, Margie Wright; her sisters, Kimberly and Racquel Wright and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Lewis Wright. Visitation and service will be held at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church, 3355 North 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55412. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11, from 6-8 pm. Service will be held on Friday, January 12, at 11 am. Flowers may be sent to the church. Michael will be laid to rest on Friday, January 12, at 1 pm at Lakewood Cemetery, 3600 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55408.
